Cost Estimation Team Lead Miejsce pracy: Poznań Your responsibilities Oversee and guide a team of cost estimators, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational standards. Use company estimating systems, tools, and procedures effectively. Develop cost estimates at all project stages according to design accuracy and available assumptions. Work closely with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for cost estimation. Communicate cost-related insights, risks, and recommendations to senior management and clients. Ensure that all cost estimates adhere to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Analyse how project assumptions and design decisions impact overall cost estimates. Track costs of materials and equipment. Update cost plans throughout the design development process. Prepare construction and bid schedules. Actively participate in meetings with clients and design teams. Our requirements Minimum two years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in technical English is essential. Excellent communication skills in an international environment. Strong knowledge of architecture, structural works, and road works, including earthworks quantity calculations . Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings. Proficiency with cost estimating software, MS Excel, MS Word, and NORMA PRO. Familiarity with MS Project, AutoCAD and Revit is an advantage. Self-driven with strong organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
