We are now looking for a person for the position of **Internal Controlling & MDM (Enterprise Performance Management) + Power BI Analyst****Role Summary** The Internal Controlling & MDM (EPM) + Power BI Analyst at Dentsu CE is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, financial transparency, and performance visibility across the organization. This role combines financial controlling, master data management, and data analytics to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The position serves as a key link between Finance, Business Operations, and Technology, enabling data-driven management through automation, governance, and insightful reporting. The role collaborates closely with the EMEA Finance and Data teams and utilizes the Samurai data lake as the core foundation for all reporting and analytics initiatives.**Key Responsibilities** **Qualifications** Proven experience in financial or business controlling, data management, and reporting. Proficiency in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment. **Preferred Experience** Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, D365, or Workday).Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., Python, Power Automate). Experience working with enterprise data lakes and finance structures.
