Your role will involve maintaining the integrity of financial information, ensuring compliance with company policies, and actively participating in cost optimization initiatives.**Key Responsibilities:*** Comprehensive monitoring, analysis, and reporting of production costs.* Actively engaging in cost optimization processes.* Team management and control of the working time system (Time&Atendens).* Supporting the factory management team in decision-making processes by providing precise financial analyses and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).* Participating in the creation of financial plans and cost forecasting.* Overseeing the proper management of production orders.* Responsibility for controlling the fixed assets database.* Ownership of the procedure related to fixed assets management.**Requirements:*** Experience in team management or leading project groups.* Fluent Polish language skills and very good English language skills.* Minimum 1 year of experience in production cost controlling.* Higher education in finance or economic sciences.* Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel – Power Query), Power BI (significant advantage).* Experience with SAP system.* Understanding of production standards and processes, and analytical skills.**What we offer:*** Employment based on a permanent contract (no probation period).* Annual bonus.* Multisport card.* Medical care at Luxmed.* Life insurance.* Employee Pension Program.* Participation in key projects at the factory.If you want to set global trends in the snack category with us, you are just one click away from the perfect career opportunity!No Relocation support available## **Business Unit Summary**### We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
