Job Description

The purpose of the role is to track actual performance against relevant KPI’s, maintain production standards for the conversion process in the section, and support manufacturing POs and material consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the PO variance report.
• Track actual material cost, yield/loss analysis, and compare against standard for each product and production line.
• Track evidence and reporting related to trials, scraps, and other non‑standard material usage.
• Monitor performance against relevant KPI’s of the conversion process in the section.
• Provide KPI data for DMS (Daily Management System – IL6S).
• Ensure that manufacturing POs are properly opened, maintained, and closed in a timely manner.
• Ensure employees on the shop floor correct actual consumption of material directly to POs.
• Compare labor hours with total recorded hours to PO’s.
• Prepare detailed DVL reports per production line to explain actual consumption versus standard and support bonus evaluation for DVL employees.
• Train new end users, prepare manuals, and provide support to team leaders and end users as needed.
• Promote awareness of product standard cost and variances among team members.
• Identify labor and waste productivity opportunities and cost reductions per agreed quarterly/annual targets.
• Control other employees’ productivity projects: calculate impact and track actual results.
• Track and control indirect material usage and identify savings.

Key Requirements

• Higher education in finance or economics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in production cost controlling.
• Proficient in English.
• Understanding of standards, production processes, and supply chain processes.
• Experience and SAP knowledge.
• Financial audit experience is an asset.
• Previous experience in FCMG plants is an asset.
