• Coordinate integration requirements, design, development, and deployment for Corporate Systems Platforms and subscribing platforms.
• Work as a liaison between the Aon business and technical resources to ensure technical solutions are being delivered on-time and with high quality.
• Adhere to global integration standards and architecture to be used across project and BAU initiatives.
• Collaborate with third party technical resources throughout delivery execution and prioritization.
• Drive new ideas and thought capital across the corporate platforms to continuously improve integrations.

• 3-4 years’ background with integration implementations and conversion activities with large organizations.
• Proficiency in minimum one of the following: Python, Java, XML, JSON
• Technical and Functional understanding of integrations best practices.
• Possesses a technical background in APIs, with a solid understanding of programming languages and modern software development practices
• Ability to lead discussions with primarily English-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Effectively work with remote teams to communicate status/issues/resolutions and timelines.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong background in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio)
