Responsibilities
- Act as the driving force in our corporate sales efforts, exceeding revenue growth targets by acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts.
- Utilize direct sales activities such as in‑person meetings, phone calls, networking events, and client referrals to identify and develop new leads.
- Showcase our corporate program and leverage networking opportunities by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events.
- Skillfully negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to implement effective sales and marketing plans.
- Co‑manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after‑sales activities.
- Analyze corporate sales performance, make data‑driven decisions, and take necessary actions to drive growth.
- Prepare and present activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.
Requirements
- Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
- Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
- Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a cross‑functional team environment.
- Competency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with corporate sales‑related reporting tools such as E‑smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
- Excellent command of English.
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
