• Conducting market analyses and identifying potential acquisition targets.
• Building financial models, preparing valuations, and participating in due diligence processes.
• Supporting negotiations and preparing transaction-related documentation.
• Monitoring trends in the fintech and financial services sectors.
• Participating in synergy projects and post‑transaction integration activities (including scale effects analysis and identification of improvement opportunities).
• Supporting optimization and improvement initiatives, analyzing processes, preparing recommendations, and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency.

• We are looking for a person who will play a key role in executing M&A and strategic initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A, transaction advisory, or financial analysis.
• University degree (preferred fields: finance, economics, management).
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and business valuation.
• Ability to think analytically and work under time pressure.
• Advanced command of English (minimum B2+/C1).
• Experience in the Software/ICT industry or the banking/financial services sector.
• Practical experience in post‑transaction integration, synergies, process optimization, or improvement projects.
