Corporate CRM Support Specialist
- based in our office in Poznan -
As a Corporate CRM Support Specialist, you are driving and supporting the deployment of our CRM solutions on corporate level. Operating at the interface between the Central CRM Team and the local Key Users globally, your role is to support the implementation and acceptance of the tools on the user level and to communicate demands from the users back to the central development teams.
Your role
- Support the global Key Users (30 countries) in the deployment and application of our CRM tools, proactively promote roll-outs and serve as a contact person for feedback and questions
- Inform and train global Key Users when it comes to system updates, new functions or general adjustments in our CRM system
- Co-design and conducts end user trainings (webinars, face-to-face, etc.) in cooperation with the Product Owner
- Help the local subsidiaries in implementing updates and training action plans
- Communicate CRM KPIs to the global subsidiaries on monthly base
- Co-manage the global CRM Key User community
- Formalize change requests and demands from the user level to the Central CRM Team and streamline the continuous improvement process
- Deliver insightful reports to the Group in accordance with deadlines and Group format standards – based on solid data and robust operational process
- Identify best-practise activities and manage feedback-loops to support learnings and information transfer on group level
- Measure user-acceptance and generate insightful reports about the CRM user behaviour
