Corporate Controlling & Reporting Expert (m/f/d) Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Be a key member of the team delivering fast close, high quality internal and external financial reporting, quarterly and annual statutory account activities, board and management performance reporting. Support the external Group audit process, ensuring a well-planned, timely and executed process. Support internal reporting Group process, ensuring consistency, standardization and simplification. Work on some specific accounting tasks (ie acquisition accounting, impairment tests) Maintain and develop internal controls. Drive and implement new internal or legal requirements to ensure compliant reporting. Drive improvements initiatives. Review manual adjustments posted by subsidiaries in the consolidation system. Provide training, support, guidance and oversight to financial (and sometimes non-financial) colleagues, not only at Group level but local/divisional level as well. Support any ad hoc requests (information requests, analysis, data collections, specific calculations). Our requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Finance direction. External audit experience of 6-7 years. Relevant experience in a Financial/Reporting role in an international environment is required. Although not required to be an IFRS expert, you have worked with the standards and be expected to be able to develop this further. Relevant experience with financial reporting, data visualisation tools and query tools/software is an asset. Experience in working in multi-currency, multi-country environment with group level reports highly desirable, however if can demonstrate quick learning we can still consider without this exposure. Ability to manage several tasks and effectively prioritise with a strong sense of pride in your work and attention to detail. Self-organized and a strong sense of accountability to delivery on time & quality of agreed priorities. Showcasing a high sense of duty and autonomy. Strong analytical skills to draw insight from information. Good communication & teamwork skills. Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
