Corporate Controller

• Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, and compliance for domestic and international operations, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and partnering with the CFO on strategic reporting, in accordance with US GAAP and US IFRS
• Maintain internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure SOX compliance (if applicable), acting as the main liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Drive process optimization and automation in accounting, improving month-end close and financial reporting accuracy
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and technologies to support scaling, working with IT and Finance to optimize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, HiBob)
• Provide financial leadership to business unit leaders, helping them understand the financial impact of strategic decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Influence board-level discussions on financial strategy, risk management, and growth

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and internal controls. This role ensures the company adheres to GAAP and internal policies while driving continuous improvements in financial processes. As a strategic leader, will work closely with executive leadership to align financial operations with business goals and support long-term financial planning.

This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, along with the ability to lead a high-performing accounting team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS environment.
