The Corporate Counsel will provide strategic and tactical legal support to the organization, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while enabling business objectives. This role will focus on managing legal risks, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues. As a key member of the Legal Department, the Corporate Counsel will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal alignment with business goals.
