Job Description:
Assist in the design, implementation, continuous improvement, and audits of the ZF global Compliance Management System (CMS) within the Division. Additionally, support the modification and adaptation of the CMS to meet Divisional needs.
Perform risk assessments with a focus on compliance risk within the Division, generate and present risk reports, and provide support in implementing identified measures.
Support ZFs Compliance Business Partner Checks program by aiding in the evaluation, monitoring, and mitigation of Business Partner risks. Additionally, contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of a global Business Partner Due Diligence program for the Division.
Design and implement a compliance training program that aligns with legal requirements and company objectives. This program should be based on a needs assessment sourced from risk analysis. Additionally, create and conduct compliance training sessions.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to align and develop content ideas and communication campaigns aimed at reinforcing the companys compliance tone and culture.
Cooperate with the Policy Management department to ensure the effective implementation of ZF Group-wide policies within the Division.
Assist in compliance investigations within the Division, including tasks such as data gathering, coordination, conducting interviews, and managing the coordination of investigation results and corrective measures.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, legal or comparable.
At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management and/or audit with a strong focus on risks and controls and risk-based auditing techniques preferred, either in a global industrial company or a major accounting or law firm.
Fluent knowledge of English.
Strong methodical approach, analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent presentation, communication and social skills.
Ability to perform with autonomy, proactive mindset and assertiveness as well as a high grade of accuracy and discretion/confidentiality.
