For our client, one of the biggest banking organizations, were looking for candidates who would like to develop their career in the banking sector. We are currently hiringfor the position of Corporate Actions Project Analyst.

What we expect

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Analyst / Business Analyst in Change, Operations, or Corporate Actions (mid-level)

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles and readiness to take ownership of complex projects (senior-level)

• Experience working with asset management clients and different types of investment fund vehicles (e.g. OEICS, segregated accounts) or securities services operations

• Thorough understanding of financial markets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in international teams

Your tasks

• Analyze existing processes and design scalable solutions in response to client or operational needs

• Prepare business requirements, testing plans, and support or execute testing

• Closely cooperate with internal stakeholders, Product and Technology teams, and clients

• Identify and mitigate implementation and project risks

• Challenge the status quo, propose improvements, and support innovation

• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring operational issues

• Contribute to onboarding or change management of internal or client-driven projects

• Occasionally step into a project management role when needed
