Role Overview
You will be responsible for launching and driving adoption of the coronary portfolio across Poland. This role demands resilience, strategic thinking and a strong ability to open doors in a competitive clinical environment.
What You’ll Lead
- Creating and executing a market‑entry plan for the coronary segment.
- Identifying key hospitals and decision‑makers to introduce innovative technologies.
- Building relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff and procurement teams.
- Supporting live cases, delivering product training and ensuring exceptional clinical engagement.
- Shaping territory strategy, reporting insights and collaborating closely with regional and global teams.
- Representing the company at local educational events and professional gatherings.

Ideal Background
- Minimum of two recent years selling coronary intervention devices.
- Solid understanding of interventional cardiology environments and cath lab workflows.
- Around ten years or less of commercial experience — the role is aimed at hands‑on sellers, not current managers.
- Strong hunter mentality with the confidence to open new accounts and drive adoption from zero.
- Highly self‑motivated, strategic and able to work independently.
