Core Banking Technical Product Manager (Poland/remote)

We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Core Banking Technical Product Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1+ year of experience in the field of core banking.
• At least 3+ years of experience in a financial institution or software house.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear and usable requirements.
• Deep knowledge about the latest trends related to the product domain.
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop a detailed long-term work plan.
• Understanding cross-application / cross-system dependencies of specific product domain.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural recommendations.
• Ability to perform data analysis and present findings.
• In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting systems, including ERP and invoicing systems.
• Understanding of current regulations related to accounting and finance.

Scope of Duties:

• Work closely with engineering teams on implementation details.
• Own and manage the technical aspects of major product features or systems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on implementation details.
• Develop technical specifications and requirements documentation.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new product ideas.
