Your role in a nutshell
As a Copywriter at VML, you will be a vital part of the creative team, responsible for developing outstanding campaigns. You will dive deep into the essence of our clients brands, telling their stories through captivating and original copy that resonates with diverse audiences. Working closely with an Art Director and other creative experts, you’ll help bring innovative projects to life.

Details
- Location: Hybrid model – 2 days per week in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days.
- Reporting Line: Creative Director.
- Close Collaboration: Creative Team, Production Team, Strategy Team.
Your Scope & Impact
- Coming up with fresh, creative campaign ideas based on client briefs, and shaping your approach to fit their goals.
- Writing copy and creating concepts for presentations (in PowerPoint or Keynote) to showcase our big ideas to clients.
- Jumping into client meetings, making sure everyone’s on the same page and that the campaign vision is clear.
- Making tweaks and revisions based on client feedback to keep everything aligned with the project’s original objectives.
- Collaborating on digital and social media content, always keeping up with the latest trends and best practices.
Skills & experience required to be successful in this role
- 1‑3 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency setting.
- A strong knack for creative thinking and top‑notch writing skills.
- Flexibility to adjust tone and style to fit different audiences and platforms.
- Solid communication skills to pitch ideas and work closely with designers and other team members.
- A passion for digital and social media, always staying up to date with what’s new in the industry.
- The ability to tell compelling stories and present your ideas in a way that captivates and engages.
- Fluent Polish and a good grasp of English (B2 level or higher).
