Your tasks:
conducting topical research, as well as communicating and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric content,
quick-turnaround creation of assets like landing pages, emails, social media posts, and blogs to promote customer-facing assets like webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, etc.,
writing/content creation in support of marketing program plans to connect and engage with target audiences,
transparent communication with colleagues in a Microsoft Office environment and collaboration within a project management tool (Wrike),
collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, supporting efforts to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
degree in English, Marketing, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related field,
3-5 years of experience writing marketing content (preferably B2B),
excellent English writing skills,
a passion for storytelling and building customer relationships,
proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative meeting software (Teams, Meet, Zoom),
strong communication skills,
ability to research and collaborate effectively.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
technology, engineering or software writing experience is highly preferred,
familiarity with Wrike,
familiarity with business-to-business marketing tactics, techniques and strategies.
