Our offices are located in 4 countries: Ukraine, Poland, USA, and Mexico. The projects we create are growing and, accordingly, new tasks and challenges appear.

We are looking for a creative and versatile Copywriter to join our team at the Wrocław office. In this role, you will craft compelling and persuasive content across multiple platforms, including websites, emails, social media, and print. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the Brightech brand, as well as driving engagement with our target audiences.

Your future responsibilities:

- Develop and write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various media, including websites, emails, social media, and print.

- Maintain and strengthen brand voice across all content outputs.

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to brainstorm and define content strategies that align with company goals.

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

- Optimize digital content using SEO best practices to increase visibility and reach.

- Edit and proofread content to ensure high editorial standards and brand consistency.

- Create captivating social media content tailored to specific platforms and target audiences.

- Manage content calendars and ensure all content is published on schedule.

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to guide strategy adjustments and improvements.

- Write scripts for promotional videos and audio segments, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals.

- Develop educational and training materials that are both informative and easy to understand.

- Experiment with different content styles and approaches to maximize audience engagement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum one year of experience in copywriting or similar roles;
• Proven experience creating impactful copy for various platforms;
• Strong knowledge of social media analytics and foundational marketing;
• Written and spoken English at an advanced level (C1);
• Familiarity with the Ukrainian language (proficiency in the Polish language is an additional asset);
• Experience handling international client accounts and B2B copywriting;
• Familiarity with OpenAI technology and its applications in content creation is a significant advantage.
