Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities

Transport department is responsible for optimizing transportation performance and managing expenses in fulfillment of organizational goals and delivering a high standard quality service to Customers. This department is collaborating closely with sales and customer service to maintain high quality standards.

• Efficient and cost-effective inland transport arrangement in compliance with local law requirements
• Communicating transportation cost and performance issues both internally and externally to ensure high quality operational services
• Ensuring correct updates in the in-house systems
• Ensuring accurate and detailed communication to stakeholders
• Processing invoices and providing information related to invoice amendments

Required Skills And Competencies

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in shipping, ideally within operations and/or vendor environment
• Fluency in English
• Problem solving and data analysis skills
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• High standards of accuracy and detail
• Strong communication and negotiating skills
• Strong foundational understanding of cross-functional collaboration and commercial principles
• Nice to have: experience in Transport area
