We’re growing our Partner Support team and looking for a Coordinator, Partner Support who will help us ensure that our global service partners deliver top-quality support for Promethean products - ActivPanels and Projectors.
In this role, you’ll become a trusted expert on our hardware, work closely with internal teams and external partners, and support escalated technical cases. You’ll play a key part in improving processes and making sure our service experience is consistent and excellent worldwide.
Working time: the second shift (from 3 PM to 11 PM)
Start date: January 2026
Base salary: PLN 66,500 - 99,700 + annual bonus
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and improve global product repair processes
- Be the go-to person for product and service questions
- Collaborate with Product Service & Support teams
- Assist partners with escalated service issues (in-field & workshop)
- Monitor partner performance and recommend improvements
Job Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with hardware products - in service, repair, or technical support
- Practical understanding of electronics and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with onsite or workshop repairs is a strong advantage
- Engineering background (especially Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Networking / IT) is aplus, but not required
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; Salesforce/BI tools are a plus
- Proactive, organized, and improvement-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills
