Responsibilities:
- Being first point of contact for clients regarding translation queries
- Coordinating the entire translation process from planning, monitoring and managing project resources through to on-time delivery
- Solution-oriented customer support
- Close cooperation with the sales department for customer acquisition
- Being the interface between all stakeholders involved
Requirements:
- German - B2+/C1
- English - B2+/C1
- Experience as Translator or English/German Tutor
Nice to have:
- University background English/German Philology
- Great communication and organization skills
