Coordinator, Factoring Operations (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to achieve their best performance while maintaining high standards of work;
• Oversee the tracking and management of factoring operations, ensuring all data are clear, accurate, and up-to-date;
• Support the team in meeting key performance targets (KPIs);
• Coordinate external partners, monitor the performance of outsourced teams;
• Collaborate with the ICT to improve workflows;
• Act as the point of contact between the team and ICT, ensuring credit management processes are continuously optimized;
• Insight into AI-driven solutions to explore how they can improve credit management/factoring operations.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
• Proficiency in English (C1);
• Knowledge of Italian (B2 level):
• Strong leadership, team management and administrative abilities;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse teams;
• Comfortable with using a range of software tools such as Excel;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
