Coordinator, Distributor Success, CZ & PL

About the role:

The Distributor Success Coordinator for Poland, Czech & Slovak markets is responsible for adapting the global and regional initiatives and developing local projects in close cooperation with local Distributors to ensure Distributors retention, recruitment, and retail sales for long-term market growth. Focuses on strategic partnership with Herbalife Leaders (S&P, PT’s & TAB Team Members) to gain support for corporate sales initiatives. Reflects Distributors business needs in sales supports activities by working in the field - contacting the Distributors, educating them how to develop their organizations and businesses.

In this role you will:

• Play a significant role in creating and implementing any sales support promotions and/or events in line with senior management directions and Herbalife global politics.
• Focus on having a full understanding of the initiatives and behaviors of our Distributors and main leaders and provide them with information about corporate initiatives and promotions.
• Build strong relationships and maintain communication with Herbalife Leaders and Distributors and maintain communication channels with Distributors throughout the country.
• Create and implement activities to ensure sales growth.
• Develop tools to support Distributors work methods with a special focus on Nutrition Clubs, Weight Loss Marathons, and Herbalife One in the future.
• Support events.
• Prepare and lead communication when needed.

Our requirements:

• Previous 3 years of experience in planning, implementing, and reporting promotions and events activities with proven results of actions taken.
• Additional field sales or field training experience, preferred in B2B relations however B2C will be considered as well.
• Mid-level education or degree level (ideally Business or Sales) or solid commercial education.
• Native or fluent in Polish, Czech or Slovak and min. B2 English.
• A background in the MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) and ability to work with Distributors.
• A strong personality and excellent leadership skills are essential. Needs to be well balanced with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
• Be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity, able to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
• Several years of driving experience - driving license - category B.
• Flexibility to travel when required - either locally or abroad.
• Readiness to work on weekends when required.
