We are now looking for a Coordinator, Customer Order Management with German to join our Customer Operations Department – Packaging and Hygiene Solutions , supporting the DACH market.

Kemira’s Business Service Center in Gdansk, Poland is a multifunction service center with customer service, procurement, finance and administration, and IT operations. It is a dynamic and multicultural center that values openness, cooperation, and partnership.

This is a fixed-term position, 1 year contract duration.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Correct data entry for each order to ensure correct deliveries and invoices.
2. Registering and resolving transportation complaints.
3. Contacting customers via different communication channels regarding their order, order confirmation, and shipment details.
4. Cooperating with the logistics department.

What you’ll bring to the team:

1. Fluent in German and English.
2. SAP knowledge would be an asset.
3. Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
4. Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
