Requirements:
▪Minimum 3 years of experience in managing payment or product processes within e-commerce, fintech, or a similar environment,
▪Experience working across multiple markets (preferably within the CEE region), with a strong understanding of local differences and their impact on payments (e.g. preferred payment methods, limits, regulations),
▪Strategic mindset, including process mapping and optimization skills,
▪Experience in analyzing transaction costs and negotiating with payment providers,
▪Strong analytical skills, including the ability to define KPIs and prepare reports,
▪Ability to design and conduct A/B tests, experiments, and measure the impact of implemented changes,
▪High level of independence and attention to detail, with the ability to identify non-obvious errors in payment processes,
▪Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as IT and business teams,
▪Fluency in Polish and English, enabling effective communication in an international environment, working with documentation, and participating in meetings.
