Join our team as a Conversation Designer with proficiency in German ! In this role, you’ll craft engaging chatbots and voicebots tailored to diverse clients across various industries such as retail, insurance, and finance, primarily within the European market.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, constructing, and maintaining chatbots and voicebots for client projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Contributing to the evolution of conversational AI strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both German and English at C1 level or above.
• Previous experience in AI or NLP projects.
• A Master’s Degree, preferably in Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of bot structure and design principles.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in additional languages at B1 level or above.
• Familiarity with Google tools such as Docs and Sheets.
• Experience with Dialogflow ES/CX, Python, Regex, Gitlab, Jira, Confluence, and SSML.
