Controlling Trainee – Financial Controlling
Autoliv’s primary goal is to save more lives by developing seatbelts, airbags and steering wheels. The Financial Controlling Trainee Program is a full‑time opportunity for students and recent graduates to develop financial controlling skills through real tasks, mentorship and industry insight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and management reports.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost‑reduction opportunities, including recommending actions.
- Evaluate, analyse the company’s economic results and propose cost‑reduction strategies to increase economic efficiency.
- Produce quarterly statements on the budget plant level and ensure regular monitoring of current performance versus budget/forecast.
- Regularly report financial performance indicators to the management team.
- Represent the plant in front of auditors.
Qualifications:
- University degree – Bachelor’s in Mathematics, IT, Finance & Accounting or similar.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Open‑minded, strong problem‑solving, analytical, team‑building and decision‑making skills.
- Open‑minded & eager to learn and develop.
