Your responsibilities

Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial and management reports.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities including recommendation of actions
Evaluate, analyze the companys economic results and come up with proposals on cost reduction strategies and measures that will increase economic efficiency in the division.
Prepares quarterly statements on the BUDGET plant level and ensures regular monitoring of current performance compared to the budget/forecast.
Regularly report financial performance indicators to the management team
Represents plant in front of auditors

Our requirements

University degree – Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, Finance & Accounting or similar
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken
Proficiency in German(written and spoken) is required for effective communication in the role.
Be open-minded to the organization and to the others
Strong problem solving, analytical, team building and decision-making skills.
Open minded & eager to learn and develop
Availability to travel
