We’re looking for an Internal Control Associate to support our Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program in alignment with K‑SOX requirements. This role focuses on documenting processes, assessing risks and controls, performing control testing, and supporting internal and external audit activities. Ideal for detail‑oriented, analytical individuals looking to grow in internal controls, audit, or financial compliance.

Your responsibilities:

• Process Documentation: Maintain and update business process flowcharts and current‑state documentation.
• Risk & Control Management: Prepare and enhance Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs), identify risks, and support the design of financial controls aligned with K‑SOX standards.
• Control Testing: Perform D&I and operating effectiveness testing, review evidence, document results, and track remediation actions.
• Audit Support: Work closely with external auditors, provide documentation, explain processes, and assist with internal assessments.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control improvements and support implementation of best practices.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience in audit, accounting, or finance welcome.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
• Good documentation, organization, and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls or SOX/COSO is a plus.
