THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our growing team in Poland, Nysa Plant. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day controlling functions in SAP, forecasting, and budgeting, and preparing financial reports. You will be reporting to the Plant Accounting & Controlling Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Key user role for CO module in SAP
2. Responsibility for plant controlling reporting
3. Analyze and explain variances budget vs actual
4. Analyze on production order variances
5. Analyzing of standard costs deviations
6. Participation in yearly budget preparation and monthly forecasting
7. Supporting managers with improvements of processes and cost savings activities
8. Cashflow projections

REQUIREMENTS

1. Solid SAP knowledge - finance and controlling modules in the production environment
2. Strong controlling background within manufacturing company
3. Advanced Excel skills
4. English B2, Polish B2
5. Analytical skills; goal-oriented
6. Communication skills, ability to work in a team
