We’re looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our client’s team – a company based in Poznań.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial controlling activities for a commercial entity based in Europe.
• Month-end closing activities and preparation of reporting package.
• Act as a trusted business partner for the local CFO, presenting and discussing results.
• Perform account analysis, review journals, and execute internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
• Support local statutory reporting and tax compliance in collaboration with external providers.
• Assist in audits, responsible for internal controls and contact with external authorities.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Universitys degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling or audit environment.
• Knowledge of SAP - considered a great asset.
• Good English skills - at least at communicative level.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently.
