For our client, a manufacturing company, we are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join the team as a Controlling Manager. The production facility is located near Leszno.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual review of the operational strategic plan.
- Manage the Annual Operating Budget process and timeline.
- Oversee monthly operational forecast reviews.
- Support month-end closing routines for manufacturing and Logistics.
- Review monthly financial results and recommend actions.
- Ensure financial efficiency of capital projects.
- Control factory costs and establish yearly standard costs in the system.
- Drive cost efficiency in manufacturing and logistics with factory leadership.
- Build financial acumen within operational teams.
- Provide cost visibility to Commercial Teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and standards.
Skills and experience:
Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Finance Supply Chain management.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and profitability analysis.
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
