Obowiązki

• Responsible for managing the controlling department of the production plant,
• Leading a team of Financial Controllers (approx 10 people),
• Lead in planning and control of budgeting/controlling of cost by cost center, tracking of product cost,
• Supervising optimization activities concerning costs, processes, and investment expenses,
• Responsible for achievement of financial KPI and their drivers,
• Support of both local and headquarter management in decision making,
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations and implementing new regulations,
• Developing analytical tools in the area of controlling,
• Lead for continuous improvement processes.

Wymagania

• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling,
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or a related field,
• Fluent in English,
• Proficient in using Excel and Power BI,
• Exceptional analytical skills and communication skills,
• A high level of professionalism and confidence,
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and capable of prioritizing tasks and maintaining focus in a dynamic work environment,
• A proactive mindset, consistently seeking opportunities for process improvements,
• Reliability.
