• collaborating closely with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure strong business partnering;
• enriching budgeting and forecasting processes;
• driving standardization and continuous improvement within MGS controlling;
• actively participating in building a new BU setup and promoting a culture of progress and change.

Our requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field;
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in Controlling, preferably with professional experience from other companies with global corporate structures;
• fluent in English (written and spoken);
• strong IT skills, especially in MS Excel, PowerBI and ERP systems (e.g., SAP), initial knowledge of AI desirable;
• combination of an analytical mindset with a structured working style and a strong sense of team collaboration;
• curiosity, courage and strong willingness to embrace change make you a driving force in shaping our future .
