About this project

For our customer, an innovator in battery technology based in Europe and North America, we are hiring a team of Finance experts tasked to build robust, scalable processes and manage day-to-day operations, compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the US market.
2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
3. Analyze financial data to provide insights and drive strategic decision-making.
4. Manage cash flow and oversee month-end and year-end processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

Required Skills/Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a controller, particularly within North American markets.
2. Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
3. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
