Your responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with local statutory and tax regulations, standards, and internal policies
- Preparing financial statements, statutory reporting, and tax filings
- Coordinating the collection of statutory and tax-related data
- Analyzing statutory and tax data and providing regular reviews and updates
- Preparing tax reporting and forecasts to support group-level decision-making
- Coordinating audits and managing legal entity matters together with key stakeholders
- Supporting and guiding finance teams in statutory and tax-related processes
- Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement and development initiatives
Our requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, supported by a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of statutory and tax compliance requirements
- Solid understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent self-management, communication, and collaboration skills

About the role
As Controller, Statutory and Tax Compliance, you will be responsible for statutory and tax-related activities across legal entities. Your scope will include preparation of financial statements, tax filings, statutory reporting, and coordination of required data collection. You will analyze statutory and tax data, prepare forecasts and reports for the group, and support audits and legal entity matters in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
This role also includes guiding and supporting finance teams in statutory and tax processes, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and participation in development initiatives and projects.
