Overview

Join to apply for the Control Systems Engineer role at Air Liquide. The successful candidate will join the Instrumentation and Systems team in our Kraków Engineering department. Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Group’s production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production) and delivers technology and process solutions across the project life-cycle. Our core expertise in industrial gas, energy conversion and gas purification enables customers to optimize natural resources. We cover the entire project life-cycle: license engineering services / proprietary equipment, high-end engineering & design capabilities, project management & execution services. How you will contribute and grow

Were looking for a skilled Control Systems Engineer. The successful candidate will join the Instrumentation and Systems team in our Kraków Engineering department.

Responsibilities

• Definition of the units control strategy in accordance with the input data (contract, process, environment, etc.), including the Safety SIL segregation (BPCS/SIS/ESD)

• Participation in the Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT, SAT) for hardware and software for BPCS and SIS systems


• Coordination of the Package Units, interfaces to other discipline, client and vendors

Deliverables

• Control BPCS/SIS Architecture


• I/O List & I/O Assignment, including instrumentation & electrical signals


• Control room & Technical Room Layout


• Validation of exchange tables between Main control system and third Party


• Validation of detail drawings systems cabinets and Servers & Networks Cabinets


• Functional Analysis/ Logic Diagram Interpretation


• FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) system for Hardware, Software & Cybersecurity Parts


• Functional Analysis / Vendor doc update after FAT/SAT

Are you a MATCH?

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in the oil & gas industry


• Knowledge of the following tools:

  • Yokogawa BPCS/SIS Architecture (Material & Software (Centum VP & Prosafe RS))
