Must have
- 5–8 years of experience as a Control‑M Administrator
- Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Proficiency in Python / Shell scripting
- Experience supporting Control‑M on Unix/Linux environments
- Hands‑on experience with Control‑M scheduling, including JSON, XML, AAPI
- Experience testing, evaluating, and deploying new Control‑M features and fix packs
- Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Git, Ansible
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in diverse teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and ownership mindset
- Experience with Oracle
Nice to have
- Experience with logging/monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes
- Experience deploying new Control‑M features/fix packs in enterprise environments
