Contracts Lead - Materials, Manufacturing and CAPEX

- University degree in Law, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare or related industries.
- 5–7+ years of experience in contract management within materials, manufacturing, or CAPEX in a global environment.
- Strong legal and operational knowledge of contract negotiation, risk management, compliance, and governance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.
- Familiarity with CAPEX projects: budgeting, timelines, supplier management, and production infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with proven decision-making ability in a matrix environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

,[Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex contracts related to materials, manufacturing, and CAPEX, considering technical, financial, and legal aspects., Provide internal advice: support production, quality, engineering, and procurement functions in interpreting regulatory requirements and risks; deliver best practices, tools, templates, and playbooks., Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk & Regulatory, Tax, and other corporate functions to ensure contracts and processes align with laws, internal policies, and industry standards., Identify and recommend improvements in contract management processes, approval workflows, and digital/automation tools to drive cost efficiency and risk reduction., Monitor market trends and innovations in materials, manufacturing, and CAPEX; leverage insights for negotiations, supplier selection, and strategic partnerships., Manage stakeholders: ensure transparent communication of expectations, timelines, and deliverables across functions; support major investment and manufacturing projects., Report on contracting outcomes, including risk metrics, cost efficiency, compliance, and performance against SLAs.
