Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated support for contracting redlines, reviews of agreements, and the development and implementation of strategies to address pushbacks while ensuring alignment with company processes and objectives.
- Ensuring thorough and effective evaluation of contractual terms and conditions.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with contract agreements.
- Providing recommendations for risk avoidance and reduction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of contract management experience, including review, analysis, and drafting.
- Experience in large environments and global set‑ups.
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail, with the ability to propose innovative solutions and implement the needs of the CCT Team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and experience in reviewing contracts in English.
Optional
- Bachelors degree in law.
- Experience in Research and Development Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Research Sponsored Agreements.
