Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in customer contracting and agreement management.
• Experience writing and discussing agreement documents, proposal documents, and Statements of Work for professional services engagements, or other agreements for technology services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in consulting services partnering with sales teams to draft customer agreements for technology services businesses.
• Experience advising on the legal implications of agreements terms and conditions.
• Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with process improvement and automation.
• Experience in Vendor Management.
• Ability to facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders and to be detailed- and process-oriented.

In this role, you will leverage an extended workforce team of Contracting Agents who themselves are responsible for the development and execution of agreements, leveraging pre-approved language for the contracting artifacts, aiming at a high degree of standardization. You will act as a contact point in their region for the extended workforce function and sit between the Go-to-Market teams and the Contracting Agents.

In this role, you will create the contracting artifacts (i.e., Statement of Works, Order Forms, and subcon agreements) that meet the unique needs of each customer, while also looking for opportunities to streamline the agreement process and remove any friction.
