Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors (including framework agreements and project consulting agreements), ensuring best cost-for-value (TCO) for DSV
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders, including high-risk vendors, through regular status meetings
Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and maintain positive relations
Collaborate with Finance to conduct cost analysis for vendors and consultants, ensuring transparency and cost optimization
Draft and improve contractual templates, ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and intellectual property protection
Support process improvements, participate in training, and contribute to the growth of junior colleagues
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT contract management and vendor negotiations
Experience working with large IT vendors and consultancy service providers
Proven track record in international environments
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical skills for cost analysis and reporting
Fluency in English (oral and written)
Communicative German language skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global organization
Knowledge of IT sourcing and procurement processes
Familiarity with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and vendor performance evaluation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable managing both back-office and front-office tasks
