For our client, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the aviation industry, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Contract Manager.
Work mode: remote
Compensation: up to 86 PLN/h netCooperation: 12-month replacement contract with the possibility of extension
Contract type: B2B
Language: fluent English
Requirements:
- Bachelor39s degree in relevant field: Procurement, Supply Chain/Operations, Business or Finance.
- Basic understanding of legal and commercial regulations and procurement tactics.
- Self-starter with strong business and financial acumen, proficient in working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel.
- Proven track record of successfully managing risk.
- Solid computer skills.
- Basic negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the contract negotiations with potential and existing Customers.
- Preparation and/or verification of annexes, letters of intent, reception protocols and other legal documents.
- Responsible for internal contracts.
- Responsible for gathering and archiving all company contracts with Customers and 3rd party vendors.
- Leads the procurement function and oversees all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool, and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- If required, maintaining good relationships with our third-party vendors.
- Examine, test, and track existing contracts and their dependencies.
- Leading cooperation with an external legal office to clarify potential legal cases.
- Build strong relationships with software publisher partners, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Supports Sales Organization.
- Involvement in Marketing activities.
- Develops, implements and maintains procurement policies and review on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
- Updating current company contractual documents, preparation of document templates which are the closest to business needs and company strategy.
- Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts.
