Join our team as a Contract Manager and take on a key role in managing a complex contract landscape. You will be responsible for the entire contract lifecycle—from drafting and negotiation to implementation and renewal. Your work will have a strategic impact on the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle (creation, negotiation, implementation, renewal)
- Lead negotiations and guide cross‑functional negotiation teams to success
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including SLAs, license management, and claims
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners
- Develop innovative, long‑term contractual solutions that support corporate success
- Communicate effectively in an international environment using excellent English skills
Overall, you will manage the full contract lifecycle, from licensing and claims to SLA compliance.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Administration, Economics, or Technical Studies
- Over 5 years proven experience in contract management and negotiations gained in an international environment, with supplier management background
- Strong understanding of legal, technical, and financial aspects of contracts
- Foundational knowledge of cloud and network technologies
- Hands‑on experience in project management
- Ability to manage risk and supplier relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- In‑depth knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and license management.
- Outstanding experience in leading strategically oriented projects in both classic and agile collaboration models.
- Creativity in developing long‑term contractual solutions that protect our business relationships and promote corporate success.
