YOUR ROLE
As a Contract Management Specialist, you will support the contract lifecycle process for licensing agreements and amendments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You will work closely with internal teams such as Licensing, Legal, and Finance to assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in contract administration who is looking to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
YOUR TASKS
- Assist in drafting standard contracts, amendments, and authorization letters under supervision.
- Maintain and update contract records and databases.
- Support the review of contract terms and elevate issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
- Participate in team meetings and calls with internal departments.
- Help identify and track contract-related issues and follow up on resolutions.
- Provide administrative support to the Contract Management team.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries for internal use.
- Support process improvement initiatives and documentation efforts.
YOUR PROFILE
- 1–2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
- In‑progress or completed bachelor’s degree.
- Business Administration, Finance or Law specialization as an asset.
- Basic understanding of contract administration principles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- English at CEFR Grade B2 (Upper‑Intermediate) or higher.
