Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and experienced administrative professional to support both executive-level functions and front-desk operations. This is a dual-role opportunity ideal for candidates with a background as either an Executive Assistant or an Administrative Receptionist.

The position is part of a growing and dynamic team, and requires someone comfortable juggling multiple administrative responsibilities with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills.

• Handle email correspondence and internal communications.
• Assist with calendar and travel management for the Construction Director
• Prepare and maintain Excel files for time tracking, shift rosters, and work permits
• Organize documentation related to site operations and subcontractors
• Coordinate with site teams to collect and update administrative data
• Follow up on labor hours, access records, and weekly summaries
• Provide administrative support for construction reporting and compliance
