Contract Management Analyst with French

• Independently creating and updating contractual deliverables (contract and commercial handbook, obligation matrix, contract awareness deck, various logs / trackers).
• Engaging in contract data gathering activities and ensuring record retention as per Contract Management processes.
• Supporting senior team members and clients in different ad hoc requests, analysis, and contract query resolution.
• Using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool proficiently.
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders.
• Drafting and reviewing contractual change documents or statements of work / work orders.
• Independently creating and keeping updated Contract Management core products.
