Job Description:

The Opportunity

As a Contract Collection Specialist, you will have a chance to be a part of a fast-growing team of Specialists in Enterprise who are working with our Sales Team and Merchants, advising them on their queries and supporting the smooth document collection and verification process. If you enjoy working on diverse projects and have exposure to various tasks as well as using your foreign language skills on a daily basis, this role is for you!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. You perform quality checks on the documentation packages for Enterprise Merchants (assuring the documentation package’s compliance with legal requirements, RISK requirements, and onboarding requirements).
  2. You provide expertise concerning the onboarding contract package documentation’s completeness and successful onboarding know-how.
  3. You provide preconsulting services.
  4. You advise on filling in missing contract details and provide answers to contract questions.
  5. You ensure fulfillment of customer data and bank data information (KYC/AML documents).
  6. You are responsible for the collection of risk documents from merchants.
  7. You take part in meetings with different stakeholders (Sales/Onboarding Team/Risk) and Merchants (email and telephone support).

  1. At least 3 years of work experience.
  2. Previous experience in KYC / AML / Customer Care would be an asset.
  3. English and Polish at a good level and additional knowledge of French .
  4. Previous experience in a payment transactions environment (acquiring and merchant services) would be an asset.
  5. Team player with an international mindset.
  6. Problem-solving, detail-oriented analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong willingness to evolve in a dynamic and growing business and international organization.
