Are you experienced within the field of administrative processes, working with data and internal systems? We are looking for a new colleague to become a part of our group Contract team based in Warsaw, Poland.

As our team member, you will have a great influence on shaping your own working day and be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Creating, correcting and sending multiple types of contracts to the emagine clients and consultants for Polish and Scandinavian markets.
• Contract management.
• Creating, adjusting and updating contract templates according to client framework agreements.
• Ensuring correct data in the systems.
• Synchronization of data in all databases by close and continuous contact with the consultants and stakeholders of emagine, to ensure that our systems are always updated and current, and in turn the contracts and invoices as well.
• Participating in the development and overall optimization projects and system improvement to support the continued growth in emagine.
• Assisting the Account Managers and Invoicing Team in different administrative tasks.

We prefer that you:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in working with details in written material, documents and databases.
• Have a natural flair for and are motivated by working with people services and have a good understanding of the importance of being a support function to others.
• Have a high level of drive, initiative and persistence and are result-oriented.
• Have a strong sense of discipline, know how to structure your way of working.
• Have experience in working with Microsoft Office (especially word&excel).
• Have a high sense of detail and overview.
• Have professional communication skills in Polish and English.
• Have an outgoing and service minded personality with strong communication skills.
• Are flexible and know how to prioritize your tasks.
