A Day in the Life

We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our Offer and Contracting Operations Team in a multinational, open-minded environment.

This role supports our Sales Representatives with deal creation in the Vendavo platform and mass deal management in line with established rules. The goal is to ensure price continuity, prevent double pricing, and maintain data transparency in our systems.

Responsibilities

• Entering prices confirmed by Sales Representatives into Vendavo using predefined tools
• Ensuring high-quality data processing in Vendavo, SAP, and ServiceNOW
• Preparing PDF offers, reports, and other required datasets
• Maintaining integrity and security of all pricing and contract information
• Prioritizing tasks according to workload and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Meeting defined KPIs
• Building strong working relationships with local Sales and Pricing teams

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• German language skills at C1 level
• English language skills at B2 level or above
• Ability to navigate across multiple systems
• Previous experience in pricing, analytics, financial institutions, or process-driven back-office environments (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills — both oral and written — with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Analytical ability and capacity to understand complex issues
